We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions in the future. Any changes will be posted to the website and will take effect immediately.

The material and information contained in this website is not aimed at, or meant to be viewed by, persons other than those in the United Kingdom. Any person who chooses to access this website from other locations is responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

The website, its contents and any contracts formed as a result of its use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through The Apron Store website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order.  Orders are not deemed concluded until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.

Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. The offer is accepted (for each product) when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason which may include but is not limited to delivery to PO Boxes, hotels or other destinations we consider high risk.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order or we are unable to complete the order for any other reason and we cannot contact you within 7 days, we will cancel your entire order and refund you in full.

Postage & Packaging

Our postage and packaging rates may vary from time to time.

The Apron Store shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to The Apron Store of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to The Apron Store by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

Pricing and Descriptions

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

We take care to ensure all our products are priced accurately and descriptions representative. In an instance where a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will advise you on the error and give you the option to cancel the order.   We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We take care to ensure images, descriptions measurements and any other details associated with our products provides a fair and accurate description. All our images are stock images and you accept that minor variations can occur through the natural production process between the stock image and the item you receive (i.e. shades of colour).  All measurements are approximate.


You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched to you. Please contact us by email -  - with your order number.

If the order includes a pesonalised apron, this may only be cancelled if the apron has not yet been printed.

Returns and Refunds

If you want to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of the date it is delivered to you.  Once we have received the returned product, we wil refund you the product price you paid, less any delivery charges.  The returned product remains your property until we have received it, we strongly recommend therefore that you use recorded delivery for returns.  During the Christmas period, we understand that you might not know you need to return it until after Christmas, we therefore will accept seasonal returns up until the 10th January.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.  Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days of the product being delivered to you.


Your information will not be shared with any 3rd party other than those required to fulfil your order and in the normal management of our systems and tools.  Your information will not be sold or rented.


The copyright in any design, presentation, packaging and/or literature in connection with the products shall remain the property of the owner of that copyright and no right or licence (except as to the use for which the products are supplied) shall be granted hereby whether express or implied


The Apron Store makes no warranty in respect of any products or service advertised by The Apron Store on this website but which is supplied by a supplier independent to The Apron Store.
